Vice Unveils the Dangers of the Pornhub Crusade & Interviews Activist Mary Moody

Motherboard’s “The Crusade Against Pornhub Is Going to Get Someone Killed” by Samantha Cole educates readers on extremist Christian/neo-Nazi group on the far-right social media platform Gab, which wants to “bring porn stars to justice” and refers to Pornhub as a “cartel” and their employees should be “sentenced to death.” The group also rallies behind Exodus Cry, Laila Mickelwait, and their hashtag #Traffickinghub. The Vice piece also outs the scary imagery of people posing in skull masks, holding rifles, and wearing Traffickinghub t-shirts, swastikas and other hateful imagery, and women holding baseball bats and wearing Traffickinghub t-shirts patrolling the streets of LA. Fortunately, the Pornhub security team is monitoring activity and keeping employees safe.
Mary, who’s a founding board member at the Adult Industry Laborers & Artists Association (AILAA), weighs in on Exodus Cry and the National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) making sex workers fear for their lives and potentially worse consequences, as well as these groups revealing sex workers’ identities and locations.
